Jess, 27, attended
the HIV positive actor's condom launch last month, before they then went on to have a day out in London together.
The brunette has now admitted it's still "early days" but Charlie, 50, has already invited her to stay at his Los Angeles mansion.
Jess told the Daily Star Sunday of the reaction to them hanging out: "I have had tweets calling me a slag and saying 'now you've got HIV'. And other people were calling me 'AIDs Girl'.
“After Charlie posted a picture of us together I noticed people were writing disgusting things making fun of him having HIV. People are so naïve and stupid when it comes to things like this. They think it is OK to mock people and judge people.
“I had to try to rise above it. The people who go out of their way to say horrible stuff, they are the ones with the problem.”
